Getting started is easy...
All we need to do is first discuss your case either face-to-face, over the telephone or via E-mail. Once that is complete and your motives are ascertained we will get all of your available information, discuss your, and our, plans for the investigation, and answer any questions that you may have at that time. Then you can either download, or receive by fax or mail, our Service and Retainer Agreement, fill it out, and return it along with a $150 retainer.

About Our President:
David Jay Uden, President and Chief Investigator of Access PhotoSurveillance LLC, graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln (Criminal Justice) and has done graduate work at UNO.
Following 10 years of undercover investigations and working as a "locator" for the Child Support Enforcement division of the NDSS, he began doing covert video surveillance cases, opening Access PhotoSurveillance LLC in 1992. He is frequently featured in the Omaha World-Herald regarding investigation matters as well as hunting dangerous game in Africa.
And after having personally working many hundred's of injury claims surveillance cases from their beginning thru completion, it could be said that Uden is one of the nation's most experienced surveillance specialists! | |
Covert Video Surveillance rates:
We will not mislead clients about the cost of an investigation and tell you up front what to expect. All covert surveillance services will require a retainer in the form of a check or credit card of at least $535.00 (that's $500 for investigative purposes and $35.00 for state tax). We will then work against the retainer at the quoted hourly rate. We will stop when we have exhausted the retainer and call you for approval to continue or to end the covert surveillance. Any unused portion of the retainer after applicable time, mileage, tax and report fees may be returned to the client. Our covert video surveillance rates are as follows:
• Daytime rate: 3 to 7 hours in one day - $65 per hour (3 hour minimum*)
• Extended Hourly daytime rate: More than 7 hours in one day - $60 per hour
• Nighttime rate: Surveillance between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. - $75 per hour
• Mileage on all covert surveillances is $ .485 per mile from our office
• 3 hour minimum per day applies on all covert video surveillances (non refundable)
However, beginning on 4/1/2008 new clients will be billed at the rate of $35/hr. plus expenses and sales tax for their first case! A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required as well as a signed Service and Retainer Agreement.
