Getting started is easy...
All we need to do is first discuss your case either face-to-face, over the telephone or via E-mail. Once that is complete and your motives are ascertained we will get all of your available information, discuss your, and our, plans for the investigation, and answer any questions that you may have at that time. Then you can either download, or receive by fax or mail, our Service and Retainer Agreement, fill it out, and return it along with a $150 retainer.

How it works:
We, like most private investigators, charge our clients an hourly rate for surveillance, with mileage and any other investigative procedures being added. We design each domestic surveillance to give you the best possible results given what we collectively know about your spouses activities. We do this in a sincere effort to give you the best opportunity to know the truth and to minimize your cost. The cost will be discussed with you before we begin and prices vary depending on where the surveillance or investigation will take place. Once we agree to start work, you will need to fill out our contract, make arrangements to get us the $150 retainer and make certain that you have a full understanding of what we will be doing for you.

Domestic Investigation and Surveillance rates:
We will not mislead clients about the cost of an investigation and tell you up front what to expect. All surveillance services will require a retainer in the form of a check or credit card of at least $150.00. We will then work against the retainer at the quoted hourly rate. We will stop when we have exhausted the retainer and call you for approval to continue or to end the surveillance. Our normal surveillance rates are as follows:
Daytime rate: 3 to 7 hours in one day - $65 per hour (3 hour minimum*)
Extended Hourly daytime rate: More than 7 hours in one day - $60 per hour
Nighttime rate: Surveillance between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. - $75 per hour
(However new clients, as of 4/1/2008, will be billed at the flat rate of $35/hr., plus expenses and sales tax for their first case with us!)
Mileage on all surveillances is .485 per mile from our office
3 hour minimum per day applies on all surveillances (non refundable)
Nebraska or Iowa sales tax applies to services performed in that state, regardless of the client's location
